(Controls)
Directional Pad - Move kirby around, jump and duck
Z Button - Does Nothing
Z Button - Does Nothing
A Button -
(once) Jump
(twice) Fill Kirby with air
(mash) Kirby floats.
(mash) Kirby floats.
B Button - (hold) suck enemies to kill them/take their powers.
L/R Button -
(once)Lift enemy or ability from mouth to head
(twice) Throws enemy or ability upwards
(Advanced Controls)
Down + A - Slide attack!
While holding enemy, press A to throw it to the left or right.

The combo star may not be totally white in colour if one of the enemies absorbed has an ability.

Your lives. Fall into a bottomless pit or empty your health bar and one precious life gone. Dieing while having zero lives will result in a GAME OVER. So, grab a 1-up or collect 30 stars to gain a life.
The top bar in the middle -
Your health bar! And this thing will determine Kirby's future. Be careless, and you are gone. Be careful, and you get to live another day. Fall into a bottomless pit, one life gone. Items help you along your way as well as one ability. Food stuff replenishes your health bar by a bit. The Maxim Tomato will totally refill it.
The lower bar in the middle -
Your star bar! Collect stars and watch this thing fill up. Collect 30 stars and you have an extra life. Different coloured stars have different values.
Blue -10
Yellow - 1
Red -20
Green -5
The two boxes on your left -
Whatever ability you had.
